Recommendations include,

  • Educational strategies for classroom modification (academic and behavioral modifications)

  • Strategies for development of IEPs (Individual Education Plans)

  • Advocacy for Identification, Placement and Review Committee (I. P. R. C.)

  • Providing a broad network of referrals to tutors, psychiatrists and therapists

  • Offering appropriate extra-curricular activities and referral to agencies to meet client needs

  • Referral services to private schools

  • Academic decision making

  • French Immersion decision making in regard to transferring to an English Program

Psychological services may be partially covered through extended health care plans (to be confirmed by the user).
